John and Ashley spent a few hours together on Wednesday, June 17, 2009. John and Ashley visited the Alpha Company 2-130 INF, more commonly known as the National Guard Armory located in West Frankfort, IL. John was excited because he met an actual local soldier while at the Armory. John received several souvenirs from the nice soldier. John received magnets, brochures and a keychain light. John traveled 27 miles from the Wham building to Ashley’s home in Royalton, IL. They traveled 16 miles to the Armory in West Frankfort. They traveled back to Ashley’s and lastly back to the Wham Building. John traveled 86 miles today and he is extremely tired! John has traveled a total of 110 miles so far this semester.Wednesday, June 17, 2009
